Welcome to the home page for Middle School English.   

Below, you will find graphic organizers to help you with your paragraph writing.  Use them as often as you can.

 

(note:  memorize these now;  you will need to know them for Spanish)

Subject Pronouns

                           singular

  he, she, it                   is            they                          are

 The four parts of verbs are:  present, present participle, past and past participle.  This is found in Chapter 18 of our book.  We will continue on with tenses, and voice of verbs.  We will also learn how to relate this  grammar to the Spanish language.

 

The following charts should be useful for you to study with.  They are also in your text book, Chapter 11.  These charts are more simplified than your textbook.  These charts should also be in your notebooks.  If not, please put them in your notebook

Here are some other things to remember, and use from Chapter 11:

  •   the kinds of nouns
  •   definition of nouns
  •   articles, both definite and indefinite                                                                                     
  •   demonstrative adjectives and how they are used

 WE WILL BE USING THESE ALL YEAR LONG.
